Oregon Desert's website is provided by Folding Sky Co., a Nevada corporation. Properties currently offered for sale are owned and sold by Penda's Way Livestock LLC, an Oregon limited liability company. The companies are under common ownership. Peter handles property inquiries and sales on behalf of the property owner.

Using this website

These terms apply to your use of oregondesert.com, including its listings, maps, and contact links, to the extent permitted by law. They are specific to this website and do not incorporate terms for other Folding Sky products or Land Enthusiast publications. Our Privacy notice explains how website traffic and property inquiries are handled.

Buying a property

Listings invite inquiries. Prices, availability, and descriptions may change. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a property or create a purchase agreement. Penda's Way Livestock LLC approves sale terms and handles negotiations, deposits, and sale documents. Folding Sky provides website services and has no authority to agree to a sale or receive buyer deposits.

Any property sale is governed by a separate signed purchase agreement and closing documents, subject to applicable law. These website terms do not replace those documents, required seller disclosures, or rights that cannot legally be waived.

Property information and maps

We take care with the information published here, but sources can contain errors and conditions can change. Maps, outlines, and dimensions are for orientation and are not surveys. They do not establish legal access, boundaries, water rights, available utilities, or permission to build or use the land in a particular way.

Website content is general information, not legal, tax, investment, surveying, or other professional advice. Read each listing's "Before you buy" notice. Verify the details that matter to your purchase with the county, utility providers, a title company, and qualified professionals before committing.

Visits and access

Listings and maps do not give permission to enter any property or cross neighboring land. Arrange visits to available properties with Peter in advance and use an authorized route. Sold listings are historical information and do not invite visits to the current owner's land.

Content and outside services

You may save and print these pages for your own review. This does not grant permission to republish photographs, maps, or other content. Further use requires permission from the applicable rights holder or a license that allows it. Preserve source and photographer credits.

Maps, videos, and links may use outside services. Those services have their own policies. An external link does not incorporate that service's terms into these website terms or guarantee its content.

Website availability and responsibility

The website is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Folding Sky and Penda disclaim warranties of uninterrupted operation or complete and error-free website information, and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. These limits do not apply to fraud or intentional misconduct, do not alter obligations under a signed purchase agreement, and do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
