Privacy

Oregon Desert's website is provided by Folding Sky Co., a Nevada corporation. Properties currently offered for sale are owned and sold by Penda's Way Livestock LLC, an Oregon limited liability company. The companies are under common ownership. Peter handles property inquiries and sales on behalf of the property owner.

This notice covers oregondesert.com, including website traffic and property inquiries. It does not cover other Folding Sky products or Land Enthusiast publications, which have their own privacy notices. Questions about privacy can be sent to steeple_covens0z@icloud.com.

When you get in touch

Email links open your email app so you can write to Peter's iCloud inbox, where he handles property inquiries for Penda's Way Livestock LLC. The website has no inquiry form and does not receive or store your email message. Penda uses your email address and anything you choose to send to answer your inquiry, arrange a visit, or handle a proposed purchase.

Correspondence is kept as needed to respond to you, maintain records of the conversation or transaction, and meet legal obligations. Contact Peter to request access, correction, or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for a transaction or legal requirement.

Contacting us does not subscribe you to a publication or add you to an app marketing list. We do not sell property inquiry information. For a proposed purchase, Penda may share relevant information with title, escrow, or professional service providers needed to handle the transaction, or when disclosure is required by law.

Site traffic

Folding Sky uses Google Analytics to understand which pages visitors use and how they find the site. It uses cookies and processes information such as page views, approximate location, browser, and device type. Folding Sky uses this technical information to maintain and improve the website. Your email correspondence is not sent to Google Analytics.

Analytics does not load when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. You can also block cookies or use Google's Analytics opt-out tool.

Hosting and email

Vercel hosts the site and processes technical request information needed to serve pages. Apple provides Peter's iCloud email inbox. These services have their own privacy policies: Vercel, Apple, and Google.

Maps, videos, and other sites

Property pages link to third-party maps and sources. Some pages include Google Maps, TikTok videos, or YouTube videos using YouTube's privacy-enhanced player. Loading a map or video, or opening an external link, lets that service receive technical information such as your IP address under its own privacy policy. Google's maps are separate from our optional site analytics and follow Google's privacy policy. TikTok videos follow TikTok's privacy policy.
