About Oregon Desert

I like eastern Oregon for the distance. You can drive for hours and see nobody. Get out and walk the hills and gorges, with sagebrush all around you. That's enough for me.

I've bought land at county auctions in Burns, Lakeview, and little Vale. I've seen swarms of Mormon crickets and gotten lost in the Christmas Valley dunes. Mostly I buy land to hold it, think about it, and do absolutely nothing with it.
