I'm Peter. I'm not a realtor, just a guy who loves land. I own the properties offered for sale here, and you'll be dealing directly with me.

I like eastern Oregon for the distance. You can drive for hours and see nobody. Get out and walk the hills and gorges, with sagebrush all around you. That's enough for me.

I've bought land at county auctions in Burns, Lakeview, and little Vale. I've seen swarms of Mormon crickets and gotten lost in the Christmas Valley dunes. Mostly I buy land to hold it, think about it, and do absolutely nothing with it.

You probably won't find these properties listed elsewhere, though I'm always exploring other places to list them. If a piece of this country catches your eye, drop me a line.

Where I find land

I find land all over the place, in all sorts of ways. County auctions and other auctions are part of it. I write an infrequent newsletter, Land Enthusiast on Substack, where I share my findings. Feel free to have a look.

I like land enough to have a TikTok devoted to it. At @landenthusiast, I share county-auction finds and trips out to the land I've bought. You'll find a video or two embedded on the listings where I have a land story to share, about the parcel itself or the country around it.
